Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VibeCast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Entertainment Purpose Only

VibeCast provides numerology-based daily energy readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. All content including numbers, forecasts, oracle readings, and compatibility analyses:

• Are not predictions of future events
• Are not medical, psychological, or mental health advice
• Are not financial, investment, or legal advice
• Should not be used as the sole basis for any important life decision

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeCast. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental permission.

Free & Premium Subscriptions

VibeCast offers the following tiers:

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings at any time.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For App Store purchases, Apple's standard refund policy applies. You may request a refund through Apple or Google directly.

A 3-day free trial is available for new premium subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button within the App to recover your premium subscription. You must use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

User Data

All personal data (name, birthdate, profile information) is stored locally on your device. VibeCast does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, animations, and text within VibeCast are owned by VibeCast and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or paywall
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VibeCast does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on App content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
